Reporting to the highly approachable Managing Director, the key responsibilities will include:

Job matching candidates for Government and Private sector clients

Identifying and assessing client's recruitment requirements

Interviewing and assessing candidates

Reference checking

Interpreting of awards

Negotiating attractive recruitment packages for candidates and clients

Coordinating interviews

Creating job advertisements

Building and maintaining strong business relationships

Providing general advice to candidates and clients

Maintaining accurate records in the database

If you want to move away from a pressurised and sales focused environment, enjoy working in a collaborative team environment, then this is the ideal position for you. We have a very low staff turnover due to excellent management and conditions. Lunch is also included.

Ideally, you would have a background in recruitment, management or project coordination at a senior level.
