Our client is seeking a skilled and motivated person to join the team who has experience in the use of Human Resource Information Management Systems (HRIMS) preferably Aurion or the ability to quickly adapt to using Aurion. To be successful in this role you will have significant Commonwealth Government payroll experience, well-developed administration and reporting skills, occupational health & safety experience, a client focus and ability to deliver results on time.
As a member of the HR team you will undertake a range of duties including, but not limited to:
Providing procedural and policy advice and support to managers and staff regarding personnel and payroll matters.
Overseeing the technical day-to-day administration of conditions of service through the Aurion HRIMS to ensure salary related payments and personnel records are maintained accurately.
Providing data and analysis for HR reports to meet management and operational requirements.
Undertaking or assisting in the administration of the operation, use and maintenance and further development of the Aurion HRIMS.
Providing input to improving procedures to deliver more efficient payroll services. Assisting with HR policy development and implementation.
Providing advice on Occupational Health & Safety and Workers' Compensation Management.
It is a MUST that candidates hold a current Protected level security clearance as a minimum to be considered for this role.
